Self analysis brought my problems to the heart of the matter –> it all comes down to diet and nutrition. That means, I'm not eating as well as I could be. I know, for a vegetarian, I balk at salads and fresh fruits, so I guess I should start getting back into all that. One cannot live on bread and tofurky deli slices all the time.

Ok, honestly, that's not all I eat, I do eat well, but I just have to balance it a bit better.

Also, being PMSy isn't helping much either.
