Today, the inventor of Ramen, Momofuku Ando, died at 96. The above is a little visual tribute that I cooked up (zomg pun) to Ramen, which had (somewhat) nourished me, and countless other poor ass college students with their convenient, easy to carry, dried noodly goodness. Dry, or in soup, or “gourmeted” up with your own stock, veggies, and herbs, ramen is here for us. Thank you Mr. Ando.
