It’s nearly 3am, and I had it in me to complete the redesign of this bloody site that I’ve been working on for the past week. For this theme, I’ve been inspired by old Victorian and Japanese elegant gothic Lolitas. Mina Harker from Dracula came to mind for my latest drawing, a little innocent, a little dark.

BD has been on the web since 2000, as an art site and personal weblog. This is a pure hobby site, though once in a while I will convince you to bid on my eBay crap, but otherwise I’m not selling you anything. My portfolio, as it is, is just mostly digital drawings I do to keep reminding myself that I am an artist of sorts, and I like pretty things. I have fun with the whole thing.

Wordpress 2.3.3. is new in Version 11. I’ve moved my blog off of Livejournal, and will now continue to use WP to manage my inanities. I’ve also better integrated my Gallery into the site and also added a new album for photography, because I’m sure we’re all really interested in artistic, well-composed digital photographs of my cats doing insanely adorable things like sitting on paper. >.>

The site is still being cleaned up and adjusted. If i’m up this late, I may as well finish the job, though I hate to think what I’ll be like tomorrow.
