I haven't bought groceries in a while. I've been feeling pretty shitty and haven't felt like shopping in a bit. I'm wondering if the feeling shitty part is because I haven't done any groceries and the lack of decent nutrition is causing havoc in my system. It's most likely the cause of my recent blahs, that and needing a proper weekend to myself to relax and get all the necessary errands out of the way.
This morning, I bought a cup of yoghurt, a banana, and a tangerine-grapefruit cocktail from the cafe in the lobby. I must remind myself that breakfast is good.
