Drawing – Doctor and Detective

I enjoy watching The Murdoch Mysteries (“The Artful Detective” to the Yanks).  It’s not gritty or realistic or overly dramatic, but it’s well-done, the characters are interesting and it’s entertaining over all.  Much of the appeal for me is also that it’s set in Victorian/Edwardian era Toronto.

I wanted to do a little homage to this show, while practicing drawing and painting likeness.  This is still very difficult for me,  but I’m hoping I’ve at least got the spirit of Detective Murdoch and Dr. Ogden right.   (I’ll keep practicing).
